Ordering Details

We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days but as our products are traditionally produced it is sometimes not possible (we don't cut corners with our methods in order to meet a delivery deadline). All consignments, other than those weighing less than a kilo, are dispatched by 24 hour carrier and because of this it is very important to include your postcode with your address.

Please ensure you request delivery for a day that you know someone will be available to accept the parcel, alternatively, please give clear instructions where it may safely be left e.g. in the garage, with a neighbour etc. Please note delivery is not available on Mondays and a Saturday delivery carries a £20.00 surcharge.

Orders weighing less than a kilo will be dispatched by first class post unless they contain sausage which will only be sent by 24 hour carrier.

Carriage charges for 24 hour delivery, which are added to all orders, which are - up to 5kg £7.50. 5kg to 25kg £9.00. Scottish Highland and Islands unfortunately carry a surcharge, please phone for details.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted except Amex and you can send your credit card information to us via phone, fax, post or over the Internet. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it and e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. No charge is taken for items until they are ready to ship so any backorder items are only charged for at the time of shipping.

If you do not wish to pay by credit card you can request to pay by cheque. An invoice will accompany your goods and a cheque sent BY RETURN POST will be acceptable.

Please check that you have completed all relevant section and post, or fax your order form to the address on the form.

At Richard Woodall Ltd. we guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will arrange to have the goods collected and returned for examination. You will then have the option of a replacement or refund. Please note: we are unable to meet any claim if the goods in question cannot be returned to us.
